Solution:

Given,
Manasa owes money=Rs -3500
No. of friends=7
To find the money paid by each friend we divide 3500 by 7.
So the amount each friend has to pay=Rs -3500/7=Rs 500
Therefore, Each friend pays the amount of Rs -500.
