Solution:

The dividend 91 is greater than the divisor 13.
As the first digit of the dividend 9 is less than the divisor 13, Place zero as the quotient and bring down the next digit from the dividend.
Take the first two digits 91 and continue the division process.
We know that 91 is exactly divisible by 13 i.e.(13 Ã— 7=91).

Divide 3650 by 15?

Solution:

36 is not exactly divisible by 15. We know that 15 Ã— 2=30. We will go for it.
Write 2 as quotient and subtract 30 from 36 i.e. 36-30=6.
Bring down the digit 5 and place it after 6. It becomes 65.
65 is not exactly divisible by 15. We know that 15Ã— 4=60.

Solution:

The cost of 55 toy cars =9,955.

In a hall there were 540 people. 18 people can accommodate in each row. Find how many rows required?

Solution:

Total no. of people=540
No.of people in each row=18
No. of rows required=540 Ã· 18

If a man deposits money Rs 9000 in 12 months. Find how much money he deposited every month if he deposited the every month same?

Solution:

Money deposited in 12 months=9000

Solution:

No. of chocolates = 180
No. of children = 20
